ENJOY SPECIALTY SEAFOOD AND A TRADITIONAL NEW ENGLAND CLAMBAKE EACH MONTH THIS SUMMER AT TURNER FISHERIES

Boston, MA, July 11, 2003 - During the summer months, Turner Fisheries will be infusing its specialty seafood menu with dishes reaching into the oceans around the globe.

July's selection comes from the clear waters of Hawaii. Guests can cool off by the open French bistro style windows with a fresh fruit Martini and Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke. Other offerings this month include grilled Mahi-Mahi, Opah, and Wahoo, paired with gingered strawberry papaya relish.

In August, seafood-lovers get fresh with seafood from the Gulf Coast including Turner's own version of Gulf Snapper Ceviché, accompanied by a thirst-quenching Mojito. Grouper and Pompano will be char grilled with spices from the West Indies.

Finally, in September, from the pristine waters of Iceland, Chef de Cuisine Eric Heinrich is passionately preparing a variety delicate fish, such as: Artic Char, Bronzini, Redfish, and the sweet tasting Langustino.

Additionally, in celebration of a classic New England Summer tradition, Turner Fisheries will offer its famous Clambake Entrée Friday and Saturday nights.

Join in on the summer's most favored meal with a cup of Turner's "Hall-of-Fame" Clam Chowder, Steamed Maine Lobster with Drawn Butter, Chatham's Top Neck Clams, and Prince Edward Island Mussels. This personal New England Clambake is completed with Sweet Corn on the Cob, Red Bliss Potatoes, Corn Bread, and Boston Crème Pie for dessert. Price is $49.00 per person, plus tax.

The famed Turner Fisheries has recently re-opened following a three million-dollar renovation. The menu has been revised as well featuring current, native seafood dishes and Turner's Hall-of-Fame clam chowder. The restaurant's new design scheme includes Terrazzo tile from Italy, floor to ceiling mahogany paneling, Hollywood banquettes and seven foot high French Café bi-fold opening windows overlooking Copley Square. The most spectacular addition is the creation of three new private dining rooms, which can accommodate up to 140 people. Turner Fisheries is located at the Westin Copley Place Hotel, 10 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, 02116. Phone: (617) 424-7425. Visit us at www.turnersboston.com
